Jessica originally attended Kent State University where she received a Bachelor in Educational Studies. She then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Walsh University with Board Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner.

She is currently enrolled at Walsh University to obtain Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification to better serve her patients and community mental health needs. She has five years of experience as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner at Wooster Community Hospital.
Jessica and her husband live in Wooster, OH with their two children. She is passionate about serving her community while working at Viola Startzman Clinic as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
